Best Western Air Hotel Linate

Aside from the excellent facilities, one of the best features of this hotel is the shuttle service to and from the airport and metro. Though the hotel is a bit far from the city center, their shuttle service makes it easy and convenient for guests to reach the nearest M4 metro station to Duomo. The staff are very friendly, including the housekeepers (which I forgot to ask their names), shuttle service drivers (Jr, Rico, Robbie, and Joseph), and the receptionists, Juliano and Matteo. The restaurant staff are also very friendly. Additionally, they refill the refrigerator daily with two bottles of water, Pepsi, and Mirinda at no extra charge. The rooms are cleaned, and the bed linens and towels are changed every day. Staying at the Best Western Air Hotel Linate is highly recommended!

The shuttle ran on a regular schedule to the airport and subway terminal. This made it convenient for us to catch the subway to go to the city center and our flight home. All the staff were very friendly and helpful for a non-native speaker like myself. The cleaning staff greeted us with a friendly smile and "Buongiorno" in the morning. Although the location is less than a mile from the airport, it is a quiet location in which we could open the room windows and not hear the local traffic or airplanes. The hotel is clean, bright, and fresh. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing to be close to the airport and subway.

The room was good size and the bathroom had quite extensive amenities (cotton wool, shower cap, small mending kit which came in handy, dental kit, shaving set), which was a real surprise and pleasure to see. I have not seen more than an all purpose liquid soap(bolted to the barhroom wall) in hotels I have stayed recently. The hotel really does cater for short stays by those who need a bed before or after their flight out of Linate. The bar and restaurant offered very good food and wine. My flight was early so I missed the breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was readily available as the vehicle was run by the hotel and departed from the hotel (unlike one hotel near Malpensa at which I had to drag my heavy luggage few hundred meters on to the main road to catch the general airport shuttle.

Close to airport - prompt, reliable shuttle service. We called when our flight landed and the shuttle was sent right away. For our flight in the morning, the shuttle runs continuously - taking away any concern about arriving late. Breakfast begins at 6:00 am which was great for earlier flights - other hotels we had stayed in during our trip the breakfast often started at 8:00 am. Breakfast was truly a buffet - very good and plentiful. Staff very professional. They even upgraded our room with no extra charge.

The staff is friendly and professional. The shuttle service from and to the airport is impeccable. Abundant free parking for own car and I guess this is really a great advantage. It's just six minutes walk from Linate Airport terminal and its Metro.
